Introduction


1. Outdoor Inspection Services Pty Ltd (OIS) is committed to respecting the privacy of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we deal with your personal information that we collect, use, disclose or process.


2. We will update this Privacy Policy from time to time when we change how we deal with personal information. We will post any changes to the Privacy Policy on our website, and will endeavor to notify you when this occurs.

When and how do we collect personal information?


5. We (or our subcontractors) collect and combine personal information in a number of ways through the following channels (each, a Collection Channel):

i. our websites, including but not limited to https://www.oisooh.com/;
ii. any related OIS website, online platform, social media page, internal website, intranet and any OIS mobile or tablet applications;
b. our service providers acting on behalf of us (including but not limited to Stripe, Google, Apple, Here, Microsoft), or other legitimate third party sources;
c. physical and other ad-hoc channels of collecting personal information in relation to OIS products, services, events and activities (such as through requesting or accepting a quote or insertion order); and
d. any other means through which an individual provides personal information to OIS, including either physically or electronically.

 

6. Personal information may be collected and combined via our Collection Channels if you:


a. become an inspector for OIS or a client of OIS;
b. you purchase products or services through a Collection Channel, or create an account with OIS through a Collection Channel;
c. subscribe to any newsletters, updates, alerts or news and media releases, or request launch or event information or information about our products or services or other information services as well as third party products or services;
