Any references to terms defined in the OIS Insertion Order Terms and/or the OISVIEW Platform User Licence Agreement have the same meaning in this Collection Statement. If you have entered into an agreement to perform Inspection Services for OIS you are an “Inspector”.
Outdoor Inspection Services Pty Ltd (OIS) collects personal information about you from https://www.oisooh.com/, any related OIS website, online platform, social media page, internal website or intranet and any OIS mobile or tablet application (each, a Website); personal information provided to us by our service providers acting on behalf of us, and as provided by you by any other means, including either physically or electronically. Personal information will not be collected from any person who is known by OIS to be under the age of eighteen (18) without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Personal information is collected in order to provide and improve our products and services; to manage our relationship with you; to conduct research; to provide you with certain content, advertising, products and services and, where you explicitly consent and unless you opt-out or unsubscribe, to send you electronic newsletters and messages to provide you with information on products and services and to provide you with marketing materials via any medium including mail, telephone and commercial electronic messages (SMS (Short Message Service), MMS (Multimedia Message Service), IM (Instant Messaging) and email) or any other form of electronic, emerging, digital or conventional communications channel whether existing now or in the future. If you are an Inspector and/or an individual seeking to become an Inspector and you don’t provide us with personal information, we will be unable to allow you to access the Inspector App, and/or allow you to provide inspection services.
